The ETG.2000 EtherCAT Slave Information (ESI) Specification describes the structure of ESI files using the corresponding XML schema. The Japanese version of the ETG.2000 is also available for download. Please note that the English document is always the official version.

The ETG.2001 document describes the use of ESI elements and attributes on specific examples. It is an annotation to ETG.2000 specification.
